Triple Role Taxi Booking App

I need one mobile application that lets a user choose between Customer, Driver or Agent mode immediately after logging in. All three roles must live inside the same code-base and install as a single app on Android and iOS.

Customer flow
• The customer only has to enter pickup and drop locations to book.
• No vehicle type, time slot or extra details are asked.
• The fare is paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the ride.

Driver flow
• Drivers receive incoming ride requests in real time, can accept or decline, and then follow in-app navigation to the customer’s pickup and drop points.
• Once cash is collected the driver marks the ride complete so the status updates for everyone.

Agent flow
• Agents see every live and completed ride, assign drivers when required and can step in if a ride is delayed or cancelled.

Core expectations
• A single shared login/registration module (phone OTP or e-mail is fine) and a lightweight profile page for each role.
• Live location tracking, push notifications and ride status updates.
• Clean UI in simple Hindi/English so rural as well as urban users can follow it easily.
• Source code, build files (APK & IPA/TestFlight), database schema and a brief setup document handed over at project closure.

I am open to Flutter, React Native or any modern cross-platform stack as long as the final build is smooth and the map/geo features run reliably on mid-range phones.
