We are launching a focused Meta (Facebook + Instagram) marketing strategy for our Australian online hair and beauty store (Shopify).

Role
We need an experienced Meta Ads specialist to:
1. Develop a clear strategy and plan tailored to hair & beauty eCommerce in Australia.
2. Once the strategy is agreed, execute and optimise campaigns.

Scope of work
* Full Meta Ads strategy (audience approach, campaign structure, creative direction, testing plan and Budget).
* Setup of Facebook & Instagram product catalog via Shopify. We may also consider Tick Tok.
* Campaign build and launch (Advantage+ Shopping / Catalog sales or equivalent).
* Creative guidance or production of ad variations using existing product assets.
* Ongoing optimisation, reporting, and recommendations.
* Pixel / Conversions API verification and basic tracking setup support.

What we need from you in your proposal

Please address the following clearly:
* Your experience running Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) outside of Google Ads. If you have experience running ads / campaigns via Tik Tok please include that.
* Specific results or case studies for eCommerce or beauty/haircare brands (Australia preferred, but not essential).
* How you would approach a new store with zero existing audience or followers.
* Your recommended campaign structure and testing plan for the first 30 days.
* Examples of creative that has worked for similar product categories.
* Your process for catalog setup and ongoing optimisation.
* How you will measure your success.

Ideal candidate
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and catalog sales.
* Proven results for online stores selling physical products.
* Comfortable working with Shopify product feeds.
* Clear communicator who can both strategise and execute.
