Responsibilities
負責計劃、執行、監督和維修保養樓宇管理系統及機械設備項目; 確保設備 / 設施的維修和設計規範合乎技術、操作和安全法規的要求(Interview address: 5/F, Kowloon East Government Offices, 12 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon (Kwun Tong MTR Station Exit D4))
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 持電機工程 / 屋宇裝備工程 / 機械工程的文憑 / 證書
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $36,000 per month(depends on experience), with Discretionary Bonus, Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave, Dental Scheme and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week
