Project Officer / Assistant Project Officer

Coordinate and track construction, fit-out, maintenance projects; Inspect sites and manage subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, compliance; Draft project paperwork, including progress reports, quotes, meeting minutes, drawing logs; Communicate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, internal teams; Help manage project schedules, budgets, variation orders; Assist with statutory submissions and final project handovers

Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; SketchUp; Microsoft Office; MS Project; Green Card; AutoCAD; Fresh graduates with a passion for construction management are welcome

$15,000 - $20,000 per month, with Bank Holiday and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, (Please state expected salary and availability)
