Property Investment Manager/ess

Responsible for real estate investment appraisal, acquisition, leasing and redevelopment; Manage investment portfolio, arrange property leasing, viewing, lease negotiation and rent collection; Formulate asset enhancement strategies, handle budget and financial reporting; Monitor property market, identify investment opportunities and risks, coordinate due diligence, valuation and transaction documents

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Able to read Chinese ; 持有 HKIS/MRICS優先; 懂看圖、畫圖優先

$16,000 - $30,000 per month (Depends on working experience), with Annual Leave 10 days, Birthday Leave 1 day and Meal provided, Mon to Sat: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 包括一小時用膳
