Responsibilities
Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme; Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work; Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown; Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; 持有電工A牌優先
Employment Terms
$21,500 - $28,000 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Birthday Leave , Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week
