Unblock Meta Business Portfolio

My Meta-Verified Business Portfolio was recently hit with a block that wiped out my access to key pages, ad accounts, and the verification badge. I need someone who already knows Meta Business Manager, Meta Verified, Commerce & Account Quality dashboards, and the typical policy traps that trigger these restrictions.

Your job is to diagnose the exact cause, guide (or handle) the appeal process with Meta Support, and implement whatever policy, settings, or documentation fixes are required so the portfolio is fully re-enabled and the blue verification check reappears.

Deliverables – I will consider the work complete when:
• The portfolio shows “No Issues” in Account Quality and all assets are visible.
• The Meta Verified subscription is active and displays the verified badge.
• I can manage pages, ad accounts, and billing without warnings.
• You provide a brief hand-off note outlining what was done and how to avoid future blocks.

Experience dealing directly with Meta support tickets or escalations is a must. If you have unlocked a restricted Business Manager before, this should be straightforward; I simply need it done quickly and cleanly.
