Responsibilities
負責執行物業及屋宇設備日常維護、保養、修理及改動工作，包括油漆、泥水、木工、門鎖、五金及渠務維修；協助監督外判承辦商，並確保其依照公司要求及安全準則施工；記錄維修工作，定期向管理處報告維修狀況；遵守安全守則，按照既定程序及法例工作；履行工程主管指派的其他維修職務
Requirements
Primary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 具基本冷氣維修經驗優先 (With Promotion Opportunity and Shuttle Bus Service)
Employment Terms
$19,000 - $24,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical Insurance, 工程部特別津貼 $2000 per month, 8:45AM-6:15PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9.5 working hours per day, (如遇緊急維修個案或颱風/黑雨需按照特別工作編排表當值)
