Responsibilities
跟進酒店裝修及翻新工程，監控施工質量、進度及協助完工交收；定期巡視及檢查酒店設施、協助檢查保安及閉路電視系統，確保運作正常及符合標準；負責日常水電維修、處理突發緊急故障，跟進外判商的維修質量；協助各據點設備的年度檢查及測試
Requirements
Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 具酒店或物業維修工作經驗優先; 工作有責任感
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $23,000 per month, with Good Attendance Bonus, Annual Leave 11 days, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits and Marriage Leave, 10:00AM-7:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
