Dynamic Spare-Parts Catalogue Website

I’m building a web-based catalogue to showcase more than 2,000 machine parts spread across roughly 20 themed catalogues. Each product must display multiple images, a short description, and—most importantly—an “Add to Cart” button where customers can type the exact quantity they need.

Searching must feel effortless, so I only want a single search bar that recognises either the product name or its part number. New arrivals will live in their own dedicated “New Arrivals” catalogue page so clients can spot and order them immediately.

Once a buyer finishes adding items, they should see a concise cart-review page, confirm their choices, and submit. At checkout they will enter just three fields—name, phone number, and company name—nothing more. As soon as they confirm, the system should automatically generate a clean PDF summary of the order and push it to me by WhatsApp, email, and to an admin dashboard.

Core deliverables
• Responsive web catalogue able to handle 2,000+ items and 20+ catalogues
• Product pages with multi-image support and quantity-enabled Add to Cart
• Full-text search by name or part number
• Separate “New Arrivals” page auto-connected to the cart
• Cart review, order confirmation, and PDF generation
• Order delivery to WhatsApp, email, and admin panel

If you’ve developed similar catalogue or e-commerce tools—especially using frameworks like Laravel, Django, or React—let me know how you’d structure the database and handle the PDF/WhatsApp integrations. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear plan for importing products and rolling out the admin tools.
