Project Coordinator (Construction)

Monitor site progress and site coordination works; Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for developing construction details; Plan and mobilize site works to fulfill the requirements of main contractor (2-year Contract)(Proficient in computer applications e.g. MS Project; Able to work independently; With 3 years or above relevant exp. in building construction industry)

Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS Excel; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; AutoCAD; Higher Diploma or above in Building Construction

$28,000 - $35,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week
