Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for inspecting sensors and controllers, troubleshoot protocol errors, and clear system alarms; Commission and facility maintenance; Perform real-time monitoring of HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Requirements
Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read English ; Windows operation; Green Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Familiar with the BMS procedures
Employment Terms
$26,000 - $28,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus, Dental Scheme, Incentive Bonus, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance and Promotion Opportunity, 8:45AM-5:00PM or 1:45PM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
