Responsibilities
負責食材處理、切配及備料工作; 協助製作各類日本料理及確保出品質素; 維持廚房清潔及遵守食品安全標準; 協助日常廚房運作及存貨管理; 完成上司委派之工作
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Tips, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and On-the-job Training, Mon to Sat: 12:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, 11 working hours per day
