Assistant Project Manager/ess (A&A / Fitting-out Works)

Manage A&A and fitting-out projects; Coordinate programme, budget, resources and site works; supervise progress, quality, cost and safety; Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors; Review drawings and method statements; handle statutory submissions and inspections; Assist in tendering and cost estimation; prepare progress reports, minutes and variation records

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; PhotoShop; Microsoft Office; MS Project; AutoCAD; With 2 yrs or above HK A&A/fit-out exp.

$22,000 - $35,000 per month(depends on experience), with Bank Holiday, Incentive Bonus and Birthday Leave 1 day, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM and Sat: 9:00AM-12:30PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 8 - 8.5 working hours per day, Alt. Sat off
