Responsibilities
負責執行樓宇管理系統（BMS）的運作; 負責操作、維修冷水機組及相關機電設備; 進行每天例行檢查; 定期設備保養工作; 處理緊急事故及相關查詢
Requirements
Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Air-conditioning
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $26,000 per month(視乎經驗而定), with Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training and Medical Benefits , 8:00AM-5:30PM, 1:00PM-11:00PM or 10:45PM-8:15AM, 5 working days per week, 45 working hours per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
