Structural Site Foreman / Forewoman

Supervise the construction progress of the project; Quality and safety supervision: Ensure that works and materials comply with construction drawings, requirements of Buildings Department/Civil Engineering and Development Department and safety regulations; Coordination: Assign daily tasks and handle on-site incidents; Documentation: Record construction progress, daily work reports, etc.

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; With Diploma in Construction Supervision issued by CIC; Holder of TCP T1 Certificate

$20,000 per month or above (depends on working experience) (With working experience in site management), Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
