Responsibilities
Develop & execute the company’s technology strategy, R&D roadmap & product development plan; Lead the research, development & engineering application of innovative pavement materials, recycled asphalt technologies & low-carbon road solutions；Transform research outcomes into scalable, market-ready products and technical services through laboratory testing, field trials & performance validation；Build & manage the R&D team
Requirements
Post-secondary (Post-graduate); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具博士學歷及具道路工程或其他相關專業
Employment Terms
$35,000 - $60,000 per month (Depends on qualification and relevant working experience) , Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
