Responsibilities
協助店舖開發項目，包括籌備、執行、監督、審核，跟進店舖的開展、翻新、關閉等相關活動；取得報價並進行投標，同時對各個項目進行分析並提出建議；支援整個建設項目，確保工程品質符合已核准的圖則與規範；密切監控現場分包商的工作進度和績效
Requirements
Primary 6; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$17,000 per month, with Double Pay, Birthday Leave , Marriage Leave , Medical Benefits and Purchase Discount, Mon to Fri: 9:30AM-6:30PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
