General duties of Customer Services Officer; To Provide excellent front-line customer service and handle guest concerns in a professional manner; To maintain the facilities of Golf Centre in a good condition; To manage and maintain golf bag storage and other guest service supplies; To assist with other clerical and logistical work

Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English

$17,000 - $18,000 per month, 9:30AM-11:30PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
