Responsibilities
接聽電話、解答查詢、處理新生報名工作; 負責處理學校日常會計的各項收支紀錄、預算、銀行對數; 協助採購報價、資產記錄、處理日常校內的文書和行政工作; 完成校方指派的其他工作; Prospective employee(s) undertaking child-related work will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 持有LCCI中級或以上程度證書
Employment Terms
$15,621 per month or above (depends on qualification and exp.), with Annual Leave 18 days and Birthday Leave 0.5, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-12:30PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 8.5 working hours per day, (每月有一個星期六需上班)
