Responsibilities
負責現場服務品質監控：定期或突擊前往各客戶物業及設施場所，實地跟進駐場清潔員的工作進度、環境衞生質素、出勤及紀律; 客戶溝通協調：與客戶的物業代表或管理處保持緊密溝通，收集意見並即時反饋及處理日常營運問題; 日常行政支援：協助整理外勤巡查報告、考勤紀錄、清潔物資分發及其他日常營運文書工作; 需外勤工作
Requirements
Secondary 6; 6 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; 具良好溝通及應變技巧、具責任感、能獨立處理外勤工作；熟悉基本智能手機應用程式操作
Employment Terms
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour, with Overtime Allowance and Transport Allowance, 9:00AM-11:00PM, 2 - 4 working days per week, shift holiday, 4 - 6 working hours per day
