Building Technician (Mason - Grade A Office Building)(EA)

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building facilities to ensure smooth operations; Track the source of water leakage in the building and repair on time; Handle repair requests from tenants and conduct on-site follow-up; Regular inspection of building structure and early elimination of security risks; Perform troubleshooting and ad hoc duties as assigned

No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; With 5 - 7 years experience in building maintenance; With knowledge of plastering, masonry or basic carpentry; Immediately available

$23,000 - $25,000 per month, with Double Pay, Medical Benefits, Performance Award, Annual Leave 15 days and Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-12:45PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
