Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the estate, handling and following up on residents' enquiries and complaints, managing emergencies and incidents, handling daily clerical work and preparing reports
Requirements
Secondary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Holder of Property Management Practitioner(Tier 2) Licence
Employment Terms
$17,000 - $17,500 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday and Birthday Leave, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, Occasional overtime work is required
