Responsibilities
負責日常屋苑機電與設備檢查及維修、雜項維修、日常設施巡查、工單處理、及外判承辦商監管與跟進
Requirements
Secondary 5; 6 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 具6年相關工作經驗，當中具2年或以上高級技術員工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$26,000 - $27,500 per month, with Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, Alt. Sat off
