In Hong Kong style cafe, preparing dishes; Preparing and purchasing ingredients, Prepare and mix flour; Making various noodles; Cooking noodles and soup base; Monitoring inventory; Planning menus and designing dishes/recipes; Monitoring food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment and training; Managing the operation of kitchen; Assisting in other kitchen duties under the supervision of the senior and No. 2 Cook; Supervising No. 4 Cook or below.

Secondary 3, 1 Year Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Putonghua, Fair Reading and Written Chinese

$ 19,850 per month, 7 AM - 5 PM or 12 NN - 10 PM (1 hour meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
