Responsibilities
Preparing dishes; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen in Chinese restaurant.
Requirements
Secondary 3, 3 Years Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Little Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 25,089 per month, 10 AM - 10 PM (2 hours meal/rest break), 10 hours working hours per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
