主要負責各類食材的初級加工、基礎刀工切配、日常庫存整理，以及保持檔口衞生，為爐頭出菜做好萬全的前置準備
Requirements
Primary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $22,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance or Overtime Time-off in lieu and Good Attendance Bonus, 7:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
