Responsibilities
負責管理工場日常運作，確保生產進度及產品質量符合標準; 監督醃製調味，根據配方醃製各類肉製品; 監督肉類切割、食材分切、包裝、貼標、出貨全工序流程，確保嚴格遵守本港食物安全規例; 監控產品規格，執行品質控制程序; 管理各項工具用品使用情況，巡查各加工儀器設備及保養儀器; 確保工序衞生及安全
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Electricity Licence A; 具2年或以上肉類加工或食品製造工場經驗, 其中1年或以上管理或督導經驗; 具資深肉類醃製經驗
Employment Terms
$24,000 - $25,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Medical Insurance, Meal provided and Year-end Bonus(視乎公司業績及個人工作表現而定), 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 包括1小時休息時間 (具良好領導、執行及解決問題技巧)
