Responsibilities
協助壽司部日常運作、準備工作；負責日式食材準備，包括海鮮、刺身之基礎處理、切割、壽司飯準備；保持廚房、工作範圍、工作枱面、刀具之清潔；維持高標準環境衞生；確保食品質素、食品安全符合公司標準；嚴格遵守廚房衞生、安全操作程序
Requirements
Primary 6; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese
Employment Terms
$13,000 - $13,500 per month, with Double Pay, Annual Leave 10 days, Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount, On-the-job Training and Medical Benefits, 7:00AM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
