The mission is to spell out exactly how we should sound when we talk to the world—especially to new customers who have never heard of us before—so every headline, tweet, email and product description feels unmistakably “us.”

What I’m looking for
• A concise yet thorough document (PDF or Google Doc) that defines tone, personality traits, preferred vocabulary, and grammatical nuances.
• Concrete writing samples that show the voice in action across common touchpoints (homepage banner, social post, onboarding email, FAQ snippet, etc.).
• Do-and-don’t guidelines for style, punctuation, emoji use, humor level, and jargon.
• A quick-reference one-pager my team can pin on the wall for instant guidance.

Scope notes
– Visual assets such as logo usage, color palettes and typography are out of scope right now; the emphasis is purely on voice consistency. If you spot alignment issues with existing visuals, feel free to flag them, but they’re not part of your deliverable.
