Title: Commission-Only Sales Partner – Hotel Manpower Contracts in Saudi Arabia

Project Overview
We are a manpower services company in Saudi Arabia providing workers to hotels. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales partner to help us secure manpower supply contracts with hotels across the Kingdom.

This is a remote, commission-only partnership. There is no fixed salary or upfront payment. The budget shown on Freelancer.com is indicative only.

What You Will Do

Identify and approach hotels that meet our criteria.
Reach decision-makers: HR managers, procurement managers, general managers and operations managers.
Introduce our manpower services and arrange meetings with our team.
Follow up and help close contracts.
Keep clear records of leads, meetings and progress.

Eligible Hotels

Managed or operated by a well-known, established hotel company or brand.
Minimum 50 rooms.

Commission

USD 300 per contract for hotels with 50–99 rooms.
USD 400 per contract for hotels with 100+ rooms.
The contract must be for a minimum of 6 months.
Commission is paid only after the hotel pays its first monthly invoice in full.
Each lead must be registered with us and approved in writing before you contact the hotel.
All payments are made through Freelancer.com.

Ideal Candidate

Based in Saudi Arabia, or with strong contacts in the Saudi hospitality sector.
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, manpower or facility services.
Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
