Laptop Management and Maintenance - Sao Paulo - Brazil

I need a small accounting or law company in Brazil to help manage company laptops.

Key Tasks Include:
- Receiving laptops from team members
- Shipping laptops to new team members
- Maintaining and upgrading laptops. This task can be done by a third party company which provides IT services
You live in Sao Paulo or another city close to Sao Paulo from where equipment can be shipped to team members.
- Will pay a monthly fee and then an additional cost for shipping laptops to the team members.
-- Any repairs to the equipment will also be paid by me.
- I would like you to keep the equipment in your possession.
- Current equipment includes 6 laptops, 2 monitors, couple of keyboards and headset.
- $125 - USD monthly fee
- $40 USD for collecting equipment and shipping it to new member
- $25 USD for getting the equipment fixed
