Python script: CSV or JSON to branded PDF invoices

I need a small Python tool that turns a data file into a clean PDF invoice and a matching receipt.

Input is a CSV or a JSON file I already have. One command, or one button on a single local page, should write the PDFs. Each PDF needs my business name, address, logo, invoice number, date, line items, tax, and total. Layout should look like a real invoice, not a raw table dump.

Milestone 1 (₹5,000): script runs on a sample CSV and a sample JSON and writes one branded invoice PDF plus one receipt PDF. Logo and colours come from a simple config.

Milestone 2 (₹7,000): same tool also reads a Google Sheet I share, and the template fields (name, address, tax label, currency) are editable without changing the code. Short README with the exact command.

Out of scope: payment collection, email sending, a multi-user website, and more than one brand template.

Please bid the full ₹12,000 if you can hit both milestones, and say which you would ship first.
