Urgent Chandigarh Flutter Fix Sprint

I have a production Flutter app with a Laravel back-end that needs an intensive two-day turnaround here in Chandigarh. The most critical pain-point is that the doctor’s follow-up never appears inside a patient’s booking record; resolving that visibility bug is the first deliverable.

Once the follow-up is reliably shown, I want you to move straight to the appointment design and booking flow. The screens need a cleaner look, faster selection steps, and better error handling so patients stop abandoning mid-flow.

During the same sprint you will also:

• lift the location restriction caused by the current file ways rules so doctors can add patients from any city
• surface family-member prescriptions on the correct profile cards
• refine doctor subscription plans (copy and price tiers are ready)
• tighten admin-role definitions in the Laravel panel, leaving no privilege gaps
• sweep through the remaining UI/UX glitches that have been logged in Jira

All code must compile cleanly on the existing Flutter 3.x stack, commit to GitLab with clear messages, and be demoed on my test device before we call it done. If you are available to work on-site or can meet in Chandigarh for quick reviews, you will jump to the top of my list—remote is fine as long as the two-day deadline is met.
