Property Sales Status Website

I need a web platform that lets me run every stage of a real-estate venture from one place while showing buyers a live snapshot of each unit’s status. The public-facing side must display real-time updates such as Availability, Price Changes, Scheduled Viewings, Sold Out, Mortgage in progress, Registration complete, 2D/3D floor views and even allow prospects to book site visits the moment a slot opens.

Behind the scenes an admin panel should let me create new projects, upload plans, adjust pricing, and flip any status with a single click so the change is reflected instantly on the website. Because the core goal is project / venture management for property developments, the dashboard also needs a simple task tracker and resource view to keep my internal team aligned while we market and sell.

Key deliverables
• Responsive front-end for buyers with search, filters, and interactive status badges
• Secure admin portal for project creation, inventory control, and live status toggles
• Real-time notification mechanism (email, SMS or WhatsApp) triggered by any status change
• 2D & 3D view integration for each unit/floor plan

I’ll supply branding assets and sample data; you handle design, development, and basic SEO setup. Once the platform is live I should be able to manage new ventures without touching the code.
