I’m ready to take my future home from concept to construction and I need an architect who can guide the entire process. The look and feel I’m after is distinctly modern, yet I still want warmth and liveability—not a cold glass box. The layout should balance openness with privacy: think flowing social zones that transition into more enclosed, intimate spaces. We’ll be working toward a three-bedroom configuration, and every square metre should earn its keep.
