**Part-time / Freelance Shopify & Logistics Coordinator**

**About Us**
We are a small international knitwear and accessories brand operating from Switzerland. We are seeking a Hong Kong-based coordinator for ongoing e-commerce operations, order processing, logistics and garment production follow-up. Early availability is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Shopify retail and wholesale orders, including draft orders, invoices and packing slips.
- Coordinate warehouses and couriers, tracking dispatch, delivery, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate product, SKU and inventory records; investigate stock discrepancies.
- Follow up production, packaging and delivery schedules with garment suppliers.
- Prepare order and logistics reports, proactively resolving outstanding issues.

**Goals**
Ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments meet agreed deadlines, inventory records remain reliable and the team receives clear progress updates.

**Requirements**
- Hands-on Shopify order management and e-commerce fulfilment experience.
- Experience in garment merchandising, logistics and inventory management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups and data reconciliation.
- Organised, accurate and proactive, able to work independently and follow issues through to completion.
- Working English; Cantonese and Mandarin for supplier communication.
- Marketplace operations experience is an advantage.

**Working Arrangement**
Part-time or freelance, with remote working possible. Regular availability during Hong Kong business hours is required for order processing and supplier coordination. Weekly hours and fees will be agreed based on workload.
