Irish Payroll Manager Needed

I am looking for an experienced payroll professional who can take full ownership of our Irish payroll for a small team of fewer than fifty employees. Every month you will process salaries accurately and on time, apply the correct PAYE, USC and PRSI calculations, submit all Revenue returns, and make sure every payslip reflects the latest statutory updates.

Because we do not yet have a dedicated payroll system in place, I will rely on you to recommend and implement the most suitable software—whether that is Sage, Thesaurus Payroll Manager, or another compliant Irish solution—and migrate our employee data into it. Once the platform is live, you will also administer our pension contributions, BIK, and any other employee benefits so tax treatment is always correct.

• Complete monthly payroll run with electronic payslips
• Timely ROS submissions and payment files
• Implementation and configuration of an Irish-compliant payroll system
• Ongoing documentation so we can track procedures and remain audit-ready
