We offer custom divination and astrology for clients around the world. We are based in Hong Kong and serve an international audience.

We are starting our social media channels completely from scratch across *Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Xiaohongshu (小红书)*. We are looking for a fast, reliable Social Media Specialist who already knows the exact playbook for taking brand-new accounts viral and scaling them aggressively.

*Our main goals:*
1. Drive rapid growth from zero to at least *20,000 active, engaged followers*.

2. Build a famous brand to secure brand deals and sponsorships.

3. Turn social media views into paid bookings.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO (Your Daily Execution)*

• *Turn Our Ideas into Reality:* We will provide you with concepts, reference links, and direction. Your job is to take them, edit them, and get them posted without endless back-and-forth.

• *Produce Two Content Formats:*
- Photo Posts & Carousels: Clean, appealing images with clear, engaging captions.
- Reels & Short Videos: Fast, clean video editing with strong hooks to maximize view duration.

• *Manage Posting Schedules:* Execute posting timetables optimized for audience activity across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Western time zones.

• sometimes film content/ pictures for us if necessary

*WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW (Requirements)*

• *Algorithm Mastery:* You already know the ins and outs of how recommendation algorithms work on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Xiaohongshu (小红书). You know how to bypass zero-reach bottlenecks on new accounts to hit fast milestone targets like 20,000 followers.

• *Monetization & Brand Deals:* You already know how to position a profile to attract brand sponsorships and commercial partnerships. You aren't learning this on the job—you've done it before.

• *Language Skills:* Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).

• *Market Knowledge:* Deep understanding of user habits and content trends across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Western countries.

• *Editing Skills:* Fast and proficient at short-form video editing (CapCut or similar tools).

• A good eye for beauty and knows how to take pictures/ videos
