Practice background and goals

The practice offers multilingual, culturally responsive counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Services address emotional and behavioural challenges, anger management, relationships, life transitions, and cultural adjustment.

The goal is to develop professional relationships that can generate suitable client referrals while minimizing the practitioner’s marketing workload.

Target referral partners
• Criminal defence lawyers whose clients may need anger management or related services
• Family physicians and medical practices
• Community organizations serving newcomers, immigrant families, and Francophone communities

30-day pilot contract

1. Research and preparation
• Identify and qualify 40–60 relevant referral prospects within the agreed service area.
• Build a prospect list with contact details and reasons for suitability.
• Develop personalized introduction messages and outreach materials for our approval.

2. Outreach and relationship development
• Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach where appropriate.
• Introduce the practice using approved service information.
• Manage follow-ups, replies, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Coordinate introductory meetings with interested professionals.
• Refer clinical or service-specific questions to us.

3. Tracking and reporting
• Maintain records of prospects, outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
• Provide weekly updates on activity, engagement, opportunities, and next steps.
• Recommend adjustments based on feedback.

4. End-of-pilot review
• Summarize activity, responses, conversations, and meetings arranged.
• Identify promising relationships for continued follow-up.
• Recommend next steps and provide all prospect lists and campaign records.

Success will be assessed through qualified prospects, completed outreach, engagement, referral discussions, and relevant introductory meetings. Meetings, patient referrals, and paying clients are separate outcomes; no specific number of patient referrals is guaranteed.
