Lead Generation and Client Acquisition for Visitor Management App

I run Gatezen ([login to view URL]), a visitor-management SaaS used by Indian residential societies. Guards enter guests at the gate, residents approve entries from their phones, and the society gets a searchable visitor log. Plans begin at ₹999/month, so the value proposition is straightforward once a decision-maker sees the product in action.

Your mission is to get those decision-makers onto a demo call and quickly convince them to get service.

Here’s the flow I need you to own from end to end:

• Research and compile a verified list of small- to mid-size societies and local builders using only public sources and visits. Each entry must include the committee head or estate manager’s contact, collected with their consent: ask them to fill the Google Form I will provide, and record their contact only after they have submitted it.
• Reach out, prioritising WhatsApp first then follow up by phone, email, or even an on-site visit if it helps secure the meeting.
• Explain Gatezen in simple, benefit-led language.
• Log every lead, contact attempt, and reply in the shared Google Sheet I’ll provide so we can track progress in real time.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve previously generated B2B or real-estate leads, spoken to RWAs, society secretaries, or project managers, and are comfortable hitting daily reporting targets. I’ll supply a concise pitch deck, objection-handling notes, and the booking link, everything else is your hustle.

Please apply only if you can start ASAP and include examples of past work that prove you’ve delivered similar outreach or sales results before. Looking forward to seeing how many demos you can land!
