I am looking for a fully-hosted, web-based dialer that my 15-seat team in Pakistan can start using right away. The platform must bill on a simple monthly plan—no per-minute surprises—and show a genuine Pakistani caller ID on every outbound call as well as on any SMS we send.

Core needs include live monitoring, whisper/barge, and automatic call recording with easy playback so I can keep an ear on quality. An integrated messaging module is equally important because many of our prospects prefer a quick text before or after a call.

Auto-dial, power-dial, or manual mode all work for me as long as agents can toggle between them without logging out. What I will not consider is anything based on Eyebeam or Vicidial, so please confirm you are offering a different stack.

We plan to plug the system into our existing CRM, so API or native connectors for popular CRMs must be part of the package.
