Recruit Adult Live-Stream Models

I run an established adult entertainment company and I’m ready to scale our live-stream roster on leading adult websites. I need a seasoned recruiter who already knows where to find reliable, camera-ready talent, can explain the earning potential and technical set-up in plain language, and will stay with each model until their profile is verified and ready to stream.

You’ll be free to use social media, online classifieds, influencer contacts, or your own network—whatever consistently delivers motivated performers who are comfortable with live interactive shows. Once the model’s ID and banking details are cleared by the platform, you hand them over to my internal support team; I handle training and scheduling from there.

Let me know:
• Your recent experience recruiting for adult platforms, especially live streaming
• Typical conversion rate (initial contact → verified model)
• How many qualified models you can realistically place in the first month and your compensation structure per successful placement

I move quickly and pay on each verified sign-up, so if you have a proven pipeline, we can start right away.
