Online Marketing for a JetBrains Navigations-Plugin

I'm looking for someone with expertise in online marketing for a current and future diverse software projects. The current project involves a compact UI plugin for JetBrains IDEs designed to help software developers navigate their projects more quickly and save time by reducing the number of clicks required.

For this, I’m looking for qualified candidates who know how to best market software and raise awareness among the target international audience (in this case, software developers), and who can also execute marketing efforts effectively.

German speakers are preferred.
