We are looking for an existing, proven, and ready-to-deploy University ERP solution covering end-to-end academic, administrative, financial, and operational activities of a multi-campus, multi-college university.

The ERP should comprehensively cover functional modules, including University Governance, Admissions, Student Information System, Academic & Curriculum Management, Attendance, Examinations & Results, Fees & Scholarships, HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, Hostel, Transport, Library, LMS, Research & PhD Management, Placements, Alumni, Accreditation, Asset Management, and Management Dashboards.

The solution must support centralised data management, role-based access, configurable workflows, integrated reporting, mobile accessibility, and third-party integrations. It must also cater to Indian university requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Cloud-based deployment.
- Preference for vendors with prior experience in Indian universities.
- Flexibility on modules if most are covered.
- Decision to be made within two weeks; deployment to start by month-end and completed within a month.
- Deliverables include help documents and project documentation for future enhancements.
- Full support during deployment and handover of the project and source code is mandatory.
- Clear and detailed tech stack information must be shared in bids.
