[Appointment period: each for two to six months initially, with possibility of further appointment]

Duties

The appointees will be required to:

(a) provide clerical and logistics support in general matters relating to student administration and records, academic quality assurance, publications and University Congregation;

(b) perform counter duties, handle enquiries and phone calls;

(c) dispatch documents to departments;

(d) provide support in organising events;

(e) provide support in filing and report compilation; and

(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Registrar or his delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a) have five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics;

(b) have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing;

(c) have good teamwork and interpersonal skills;

(d) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and

(e) be pleasant and have a positive attitude in customer services.
