Responsibilities
Responsible for property management, visitors registration, following up on enquiries and complaints, reporting on repair projects
Requirements
Secondary 4; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Security Personnel Permit; Honest, polite, friendly, responsible, punctual and disciplined at work, with 5 years or above residential management working experience
Employment Terms
$14,500 - $15,500 per month, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 1 小時午膳時間
