Responsibilities
負責中菜廚房炒爐、備貨的日常操作，確保出菜效率與品質穩定；控制食材使用及成本，減少浪費，提高廚房運作效率；按照公司及行政總廚要求，嚴格執行菜式標準及烹調程序；負責食材預備、醃製及烹調工作，確保符合衞生及食品安全標準 (熟悉所有廚房設備及正常運作，以符合酒店之安全指引)
Requirements
Secondary 6; 4 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 有相關酒店工作經驗，以及持有衞生督導員或衞生經理證書優先
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $33,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 9:30AM-8:00PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, 視乎工作需要會調整工作時間
