Cook (Chinese Barbecue)

Preparing siu mei (Chinese BBQ) dishes in Chinese Restaurant; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen.

No Educational Requirement; 1-Year Relevant Experience Required, Little Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese

$ 22,350 per month, 8 AM - 6 PM or 12 NN - 10 PM (incl. 1-hour meal/rest break), 9-hour work per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
