Preparing dishes; Prepare and mix flour and making various noodles; Cooking noodles and soup base; Purchasing and preparing ingredients; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Monitoring ingredient inventory, food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment; Supervising subordinates and training staff; Managing the operation of kitchen. Secondary 3, 1-Year Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese

$ 19,850 per month, 8 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 8 PM (incl. 1-hour meal/rest break), 9-hour work per day (shift required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
